About Our Hearing Practice
While providing the highest quality hearing health care services to Manitobans, the staff at GPHC is continually striving to keep up with the most current scientific and technological changes in the hearing health world.
Kevin McNabb, BC-HIS
Kevin has over 30 years experience in the health industry. The last 19 years Kevin has been in the Hearing Health Profession as a Board Certified - Hearing Instrument Specialist. Opening Grant Park Hearing Centre in 1999. Kevin is committed with integrity to provide excellent Customer Service to his clients. Kevin has been trained by a major manufacturer to do repairs on all-makes of hearing instruments. This training accentuates the outstanding customer service offered at the Grant Park Hearing Centre.
Kevin has a passion for helping and not just the people in his community. He has donated his expertise, his time and his money to a very worthy cause. Each year he and his hearing health professional friends from across Canada venture to underprivileged countries to give the gift of hearing. “Words can not describe the feeling one gets when they see a child hear for the first time in their life.” For more on these amazing missions, please click here or visit the Mission page.
Sherri Clarke, (Hons.) BC-HIS
Has been an integral part of the Grant Park Hearing Centre since its onset in 1999. She is a Board Certified - Hearing Instrument Specialist and holds a B.A. with Honours in Linguistics from Brock University. Along with these achievements, Sherri has obtained extensive training in American Sign Language through Red River College, Confederation College and ASL Teaching Services. Sherri looks forward to enhancing the lives of her clients through her proficiency, her knowledge and by offering hearing solutions that work with a smile.
Jim Ryan- M.A Audiologist
Jim Ryan is an Audiologist who has worked in an ENT practice and has close to 30 years of experience as a hospital-based audiologist. Jim provides a full range of diagnostic hearing assessments including the prescription and fitting of hearing instruments for both children and adults.
Born and raised in St. Boniface, he is fully bilingual, having graduated from St. Boniface College. He subsequently obtained his Master's degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Michigan University. He has been licensed as an audiologist in Manitoba since 1972.
Jim has served the community in past years through the coaching of youth soccer and was a founding member of the Citizens for Crime Awareness for which he received the Solicitor General's award for crime prevention. He has served as a member of the Hearing Aid Board of Manitoba for a number of years.
Jim is looking forward to serving clients in either of Canada's official languages.
